**About Pulsant**:
**Job Purpose**:
The Project Executive (PE) role sits within Pulsant’s very stable PMO team of 8 and is responsible for the end-to-end management of customer orders across all services (including Cloud, hosting and networks.) Using tools such as ServiceNow and Mavenlink, the PE will ensure all orders and projects are delivered to client’s satisfaction within the agreed budget and timeframes. The PE will also manage the decommissioning of services when required. This is a great opportunity to work on varied projects with a wide range of external clients and internal stakeholders right across the Pulsant business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide support to the wider PMO team to ensure projects run smoothly, for example record keeping, data entry, resource coordination and scheduling, supplier management and ensuring compliance with government and safety regulations.
- Own, coordinate, and manage the delivery of standard customer orders and projects, ensuring delivery is on time and within budget.
- Execute the relevant delivery tasks i.e., scheduling internal and external resources, tracking and reporting on progress.
- Communicate clearly with clients and manage their expectations throughout the service delivery process (escalating where appropriate).
- Coordinate order delivery activities in collaboration with other internal departments (Solutions Engineering, Professional Services, Client Management and Finance teams).
- Manage the client relationship throughout the delivery process in line with Pulsant PM processes and achieve 100% satisfaction.
- Collate, maintain, and report on statistical information related to the delivery of services including budget tracking and utilisation.
- Effectively communicate with and manage external third-party suppliers and partners to deliver new services on time and in full.
- Manage the decommissioning of client services
- Work within the PMO team to jointly manage improvements to documentation, processes and tools when required and in line with internal project management processes
- Minimum 1 year’s experience as a Project Executive/Co-ordinator (ideally in a similar sector)
- Strong attention to detail and highly organised
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities, with confidence speaking to and influencing external and internal clients
- A team player
- Strong willingness to learn
