Job Description:

The Assistant General Manager will be responsible for delivering and developing all aspects of Mr Mulligans Hemel, ensuring customer expectations are consistently met or exceeded.

You will nurture, develop, and retain the Mr Mulligans Hemel team members and safeguard the long-term success of the Adventure Leisure division for its stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years previous experience as an Assistant General Manager or Deputy Manager
  • Operational site management experience
  • P&L Financial experience (desired)
  • Experience of Sales and Marketing (desirable)
