The ideal candidate will provide expert treatments to patients with severe complex needs, leveraging evidence-based approaches such as Dialectical Behaviour, Cognitive Behaviour, or other manualized treatment protocols. Within a collaborative environment, you will maintain autonomy while ensuring comprehensive care through effective teamwork.
Key responsibilities include organizing training sessions, providing education when necessary, and analyzing data related to intervention outcomes.
To succeed in this role, you must possess a recognized qualification in therapy and exhibit exceptional risk assessment and management skills. Clear and empathetic communication is essential.
Though experience with alternative therapies is beneficial, it is not a requirement.
