About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our Urgent Care team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for assessing the health and clinical needs of our patients, undertaking consultations, and using your advanced clinical practice skills to diagnose, treat, refer, or discharge patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support existing clinical care to enhance the capacity and capability within our multidisciplinary teams.
  • Assess the health and clinical needs of patients and undertake consultations as an autonomous practitioner.
  • Diagnose, treat, refer, or discharge patients using your advanced clinical practice skills and own clinical judgement.
  • Provide clinical advice and mentorship to junior clinical staff.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse, Paramedic, or Pharmacist qualification.
  • Master's Degree in Advanced Clinical Practice (or equivalent).
  • Clinical skills qualification at degree level.
  • Independent prescriber qualification.
  • Evidence of completion of study in minor illness, minor injury, paediatric minor illness, and paediatric minor injury.
