Care Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Responsive Care Officer to join our Domiciliary Care team at Vine Court, Cannock on a part-time, fixed-term basis.
The RoleThis role plays a vital part in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents. As the primary point of contact during evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, you will support and monitor care delivery, ensuring that the dignity, rights, and independence of our clients are upheld.
Responsibilities:- Support and monitor care delivery

- Provide excellent customer service
This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to fostering a safe and welcoming environment.
Requirements:- NVQ3 in care or equivalent (desirable)
- Experience of delivering good customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Approachable, honest, and trustworthy
A current full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle for business use is essential. This role will work on a rota basis which will include weekends and bank holidays.
