Support Worker in Autism Care

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Teaching Assistant for Early Years. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with children aged 4-19 years old, focusing on Nursery to KS1 level cognitive ability.
The role involves supporting children whose Autism leads to severe learning challenges, with some also having physical disabilities. We require a graduate or non-graduate with good instincts for working with Nursery and early years aged children.
Requirements- A degree or equivalent qualification in Education or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience working with children with Autism and Complex Social Needs.
We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a range of benefits, including pension scheme, life assurance, and generous holiday entitlement.
