The Product Manager plays a crucial role in defining and supporting the development of desirable products that meet customer needs. This includes identifying user requirements, working with cross-functional teams, and managing product releases.

Mission-critical responsibilities include monitoring market trends, developing competitive analyses, and creating scope documents that guide Agile development teams. Effective communication is key in presenting strategies and responsibilities to team members.

A successful Product Manager must analyze data and customer feedback to identify product-market fit and prioritize requirements. Additionally, they should have basic knowledge of UX design, excellent time management skills, and creative thinking abilities.

Required qualifications include at least 5 years of experience in leading Agile projects as a product manager or equivalent. Experience in managing products in an Agile environment is also essential.
