We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team as a Senior Manager. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of delivering high-quality services in a safeguarding context.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of child protection and safeguarding principles, as well as experience of leading teams and managing change. They will be a robust and compassionate leader who can work collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation to achieve our strategic goals.

The role will involve working closely with our senior leadership team to develop and implement our safeguarding strategy, as well as providing guidance and support to frontline staff. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for improving outcomes for children and their families.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Developing and implementing our safeguarding strategy
  • Leading and managing a team of safeguarding professionals
  • Providing guidance and support to frontline staff
  • Working closely with our senior leadership team to achieve our strategic goals
