**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Manager to join our team in Oxford, providing payroll expertise and exceptional service to clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the payroll team's operations, monitoring time allocations, budgets, and deadlines to ensure efficient processes.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, supporting their growth and development within the payroll function.
  • Deliver end-to-end payroll solutions for clients of varying sizes and industries, including preparation of essential documents like P45s, P60s, and new starter checklists.
  • Support clients in meeting their pension auto enrolment obligations.
