Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Payroll Operations Manager to join our dynamic payroll team in Oxford. As a key member of the team, you will oversee the efficient processing of payrolls for clients across various industries.



Key Responsibilities:

  1. Payroll Operations: Manage and maintain accurate records, ensuring timely payment and compliance with relevant legislation.
  2. Leadership: Mentor junior team members, promoting their growth and development within the payroll function.
  3. Comprehensive Payroll Service: Deliver end-to-end payroll solutions for clients, including preparation of essential documents like P45s, P60s, and new starter checklists.
  4. Pension Auto Enrolment: Support clients in meeting their pension auto enrolment obligations.
