Job Description: Part-time Payroll Specialist
We are looking for a highly skilled Part-time Payroll Specialist to join our team at CV-Library in Oxford, Oxfordshire. As a Part-time Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the payroll system, pensions, and HMRC processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing payroll system, pensions, and HMRC processing
- Assisting with ad-hoc accounting tasks
Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years' experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of payroll and finance systems (ideally Sage 50 or similar)
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills and methodical approach
- Excellent IT skills, including MS Office proficiency in Excel
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer-centric and proactive attitude
- Solution-focused with flexible problem-solving approach
- Experience working as part of a busy Accounts/Finance team
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Working Hours: 24 hours per week (ideally Mon, Tues, Weds or Tues, Weds, Thurs)
Location: Oxford, Oxfordshire
Salary: £30,472 pro rata
