Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Executive Payroll Professional to join our team in Oxford. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with prior experience in payroll management to take their career to the next level and work with a diverse range of clients across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the payroll team's operations, ensuring efficient processes and effective time allocation.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, supporting their growth and development within the payroll function.
- Deliver comprehensive payroll solutions for clients, including preparation of essential documents like P45s, P60s, and new starter checklists.
- Support clients in meeting their pension auto enrolment obligations.
