Social Behaviour Change Expert

The Centre for Social and Behaviour Change (CSBC) is a leading Indian institution dedicated to driving behavioural change measures. We are looking for a talented Postdoctoral Researcher to join our team and take on the challenging role of designing, executing, and analysing a major social network analysis study. This research aims to address the pressing issue of falsified and substandard human antimicrobial sources and their consequences for patient outcomes and antimicrobial resistance in India.
Essential Skills and Qualifications- PhD or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as social sciences or behaviour change
- Proven track record of managing and executing research projects
- Expertise in qualitative research methods, including data coding and analysis
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
The successful candidate can expect an estimated annual salary of $70,000 - $90,000 and access to resources and training opportunities that will enhance their career prospects.
