Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Research Associate to join our team at the Centre for Social and Behaviour Change (CSBC). The successful candidate will work on a large-scale qualitative and quantitative social network analysis study to identify falsified and substandard human antimicrobial sources and trade routes in India.

The role involves conducting literature reviews, designing research frameworks and tools, leading ethnographic field research, and analysing data. You will also provide project management support, including preparing materials for submission to granting agencies.

This is a full-time position for one year, beginning July 2024. The ideal candidate has a Master's or PhD degree in a relevant field, with 2-3 years of experience managing qualitative and quantitative research projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct literature reviews to deepen understanding of prior work and research methodologies.
  • Design research frameworks and tools, and lead ethnographic field research.
  • Analyse data from field research and ensure quality control checks.
  • Provide project management support, including preparing materials for submission to granting agencies.
