About the Role
The Behaviour Change Consultant will work closely with individuals, families, and communities to provide tailored diet, nutrition, and behaviour change advice to manage weight and improve overall health and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Providing evidence-based dietary and behaviour change services via one-to-one and group-based service delivery.
  • Supporting caseloads to implement experiments, track behaviours, utilise tech-enabled support, make best use of resources, support each other, explore/use wider community provision, and achieve their outcomes.
  • Delivering medium and high need nutritional and behaviour change services for eligible participants, empowering children, families, and adults to manage their weight and lifestyle behaviours effectively.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
  • A recognised degree in Nutrition or Dietetics with portfolio evidence of continuous professional development.
  • Experience in delivering group-based behaviour change interventions to children, families, or adults.
  • Experience of caseload management demonstrated via the use of a Case Management System.

Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will also have a strong understanding of behaviour change principles and methodology, including the COM-B model and behaviour change wheel.

Salary and Benefits
