As the Lead for Emerging Researchers, you will play a pivotal role in supporting early career researchers, providing guidance on grant writing, research funding, and career development.

You will work closely with senior academics, departmental administrators, and other stakeholders to create a supportive environment that fosters innovation and creativity. Your responsibilities may include developing training programs, organizing networking events, and facilitating peer review processes.

To excel in this position, you should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of the research landscape and the needs of early career researchers. Experience in leadership, mentorship, or research administration would be beneficial, but not essential.

Based on your skills and experience, the estimated salary for this role is £65,000-£90,000 per annum, inclusive of additional benefits such as flexible working hours, professional development opportunities, and a generous pension scheme.
