We are seeking a talented Research Associate in Industrial Ecology to join our team at the International Society for Industrial Ecology. As a key member of our research team, you will play a crucial role in developing new modelling tools and approaches to characterise the existing building stock in the UK.

The successful candidate will have a PhD (or close to obtain) in Engineering or a relevant technical field, and will be expected to contribute to the impact of our research output on climate change mitigation and material circularity.

We offer a competitive salary of £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including a generous pension scheme and opportunities for professional development.

In this role, you will work closely with academics and industry partners to identify and prioritise key interventions in the UK building sector and its supply chain that lead to a faster reduction in greenhouse gas emissions and material demand.
