Early Careers Researcher Leader

The University of Cambridge is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Early Careers Lead. This exciting role offers the opportunity to work with talented researchers, develop innovative projects, and contribute to the growth of our academic community.
As an Early Careers Lead, you will play a key part in identifying and nurturing early career researchers, providing them with opportunities to establish an independent research group. You will work closely with the Department of Genetics, leveraging its world-class research environment, resources, and expertise to foster a culture of collaboration and excellence.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who can build strong relationships with researchers, academics, and stakeholders. A strong track record of managing and mentoring teams, as well as experience in research administration, would be advantageous.
