About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Resident Care Coordinator to join our care team at Hartford Care Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a happy, caring, and safe atmosphere for our residents.
Your role will involve providing physical, social, emotional, and psychological support tailored to the individual's needs. You will work closely with other members of the care team to ensure that our residents receive the highest quality care and support.
The successful candidate will have a flexible, hard-working, and caring attitude, with a desire to work as part of a dedicated team. This position is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.

Salary Information
The estimated salary for this role is £20,000-£25,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer full training and support for this role.
