Senior Care Team Leader

This permanent, full-time Senior Care Assistant role offers a competitive salary of £32,000 - £35,000 per annum, plus an additional attraction payment of £2,000 upon joining and completion of the probationary period.
About the JobAs a key member of our team at Hartford Care, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to residents during the daytime, promoting their privacy, dignity, and independence.
You will lead and supervise shift teams, ensuring that all residents receive exceptional care and support. Your excellent communication skills and ability to use IT systems will enable you to coordinate effectively with other staff members and stakeholders.
This role requires a compassionate and caring nature, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A flexible approach to working hours is essential, as you will need to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
Requirements- At least 2 years' experience as a Care Assistant in residential care
- Completed an L3 NVQ/Diploma in Health and Social Care
