Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Paediatric Nurse Manager to join our team at Leaders in Care, a well-established and progressive provider of complex care packages within the community.

This community role will be based in the Aldershot area, where we have secured further packages during an exciting growth phase. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing face-to-face support to children and their families, whilst creating personalised care plans for each child.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver tailored care plans specific to individual client needs
  • Provide ongoing monitoring, support and assessment of client physical and physiological needs within caseload
  • Deliver nursing interventions including management of medicine delivery
  • Work closely with community teams, CHC nurses and CCG commissioners to establish and maintain bespoke packages of care

Requirements:

  • RSCN with a minimum of 6 months in the UK and an active NMC PIN
  • Up to date experience of tracheostomy care and ventilators within the last 2 years
  • Suitable for Band 5 /Band 6 Nurses with evidence of effective leadership and management of HCAs
  • Full UK Driving Licence essential

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, dependent on experience
