Enterprise Sales Growth Specialist

Role Summary:
You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing our business growth strategy, specifically around Workday and expanding into SAP, Oracle, and ServiceNow. The ideal candidate has a strong sales background within the technology staffing or consulting industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Contacting potential clients to establish rapport, arrange meetings and build business relationships
• Researching organisations and individuals to find new opportunities
• Increasing our footprint and revenues of current customers while attracting new ones
• Finding and developing new clients
• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
• Developing quotes and proposals for clients
• Developing goals for the development and business growth and ensuring business targets are met
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 per annum, plus additional benefits such as medical insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. We also offer career growth opportunities, including the possibility of becoming a team lead and moving into a manager role.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field
• Experience in ERP sales such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow
• Strong communication skills and IT fluency
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
• Excellent organisational skills
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Comfortable using a computer for various tasks
