We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Account Executive to spearhead sales growth and expansion in the DACH region. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of exceeding quotas through consultative sales processes, preferably in SaaS productivity solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business development by acquiring net new accounts and expanding existing relationships
  • Manage a pipeline of leads and consistently exceed sales targets
  • Maintain product expertise and provide exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize lead generation and conversion tools

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS enterprise sales, preferably in project management or productivity tools
  • Demonstrable sales success converting net new prospects and growing mid-market customers
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills in English and German
  • Experience with Slack, Front, Salesforce, and Outreach

Salary Range: €80,000 - €110,000 per annum, depending on experience
