As a Salesforce Sales Cloud Technical Architect, you'll play a key role in shaping our technical strategy and implementing high-quality solutions that align with our business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions that meet business needs.
  • Lead technical design sessions and architect solutions that align with sales function objectives.
  • Analyse complex systems and troubleshoot issues.
  • Provide guidance to development teams on architectural standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with other architects and stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive solution.
  • Understand platform limitations and design workarounds.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage the Salesforce platform for additional business benefits.
  • Estimate effort required to implement capabilities based on business requirements and solution design.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT solution development.
  • Experience with multiple technologies, platforms, and processing environments, specifically sales technologies.
  • Good understanding of strategic and emerging technology trends.
  • Experience with product management, agile principles, and development methodologies.
  • Certified Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Architect in a Salesforce environment.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud features and best practices.
  • Experience with Salesforce APIs, Apex, Visualforce, and other programming languages.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deliver on time and on budget.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders and team members.
  • Data savvy with knowledge of technology architecture.
