Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and implement Salesforce Health Cloud solutions to transform healthcare operations and enhance patient care.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare industry standards and regulations.
  • Design and implement business technology solutions focused on cloud-based business applications, specifically Salesforce Health Cloud.
  • Develop business requirements, specifications, process flows, application design, application configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Work directly with clients to lead projects, facilitate business process analysis sessions, and develop key components of technology solutions.
  • Provide mentoring and guidance to other team members, including offshore team members.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in Salesforce Health Cloud and healthcare operations.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify business requirements and design solutions that meet their needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in healthcare technology and Salesforce Health Cloud.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field.
  • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification or Salesforce Certified Application/System Architect.
  • Experience as a Salesforce Health Cloud Technical Architect.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Health Cloud, including its data model and healthcare-specific configuration options.
  • Understanding of healthcare operations, patient care processes, and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
  • Familiarity with healthcare system integrations and data exchange standards.
  • Strong data migration, data modeling, and database management skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the ability to explain technical concepts to healthcare professionals.
  • A commitment to improving healthcare outcomes through innovative technology.
  • Expertise in Salesforce Sales/Service and Experience cloud.
  • Expertise in LWC, Apex, APIs, Triggers, Data Raptor, Integration Procedure, Omni script, Calculation Procedure/Matrix.
  • SFI Solution Architect experience in SFI Health cloud around Configure Health Cloud Console, Manage relationships among patients, providers, caregivers, payers, Configure & maintain the data for care plan, goals, tasks, Patient lead conversion process, Configure provider network management and provider search.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Health Cloud Accredited Certification.
  • Business operations and process experience in the insurance sector.
