Position:
Salesforce Service Cloud Technical Architect
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement high-quality Salesforce Service Cloud solutions that align with business objectives.
- Lead technical design sessions, architect, and document technical solutions that are aligned with the service function business objectives.
- Identify opportunities to leverage the Salesforce platform for additional business benefits.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, system analysis, or a related field.
- A minimum of five years of experience in an IT solution development discipline.
- Exposure to multiple, diverse technologies, platforms, and processing environments, specifically around services technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant.
- Proven experience as a Technical Architect in a Salesforce environment.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud features and best practices.
- Experience with Salesforce APIs, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other programming languages.
- Data savvy with knowledge of various aspects of a technology architecture, including integration, network, and security.
