Job Title: Salesforce Experience Cloud Technical Architect

The JobThe Salesforce Experience Cloud technical architect will play a key role in designing and implementing high-quality Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions that align with business objectives. This individual will lead technical design sessions, architect and document technical solutions, and provide guidance and oversight to development teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions that meet business requirements.
- Lead technical design sessions and architect technical solutions.
- Analyze complex systems and troubleshoot system issues.
- Provide guidance and oversight to development teams.
- Work closely with other architects and stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive and cohesive working solution.
- Identify opportunities to leverage the Salesforce platform for additional business benefits.
- Provide detailed estimates of the level of effort associated with implementing capabilities based on business requirements and solution design.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, system analysis, or a related field.
- Minimum of five years of experience in an IT solution development discipline.
- Exposure to multiple technologies, platforms, and processing environments, specifically around Salesforce technologies.
- Good understanding of strategic and emerging technology trends and the practical application of existing and emerging technologies to new and evolving business and operating models.
- Good understanding of product management, agile principles, and development methodologies.
- Experience working in a relevant industry is helpful but not required.
- Experience developing architecture blueprints, strategies, and roadmaps.
- Certified Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant.
- Proven experience as a Technical Architect in a Salesforce environment.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Experience Cloud features and best practices.
- Experience with Salesforce APIs, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other programming languages.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deliver on time and on budget.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence stakeholders and team members.
- Data savvy with knowledge of various aspects of a technology architecture like integration, network, and security.
- Proven analytical, planning, organizational, and technical skills.
- Ability to work with developers.
