Salesforce Sales Cloud Technical Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Sales Cloud Technical Architect to join our team at Aveva. As a Technical Architect, you will play a key role in designing and delivering high-quality Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions that align with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Design and Implement Solutions: Design and implement high-quality Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions that meet our business needs.
- Lead Technical Design Sessions: Lead technical design sessions to architect and document technical solutions that align with our sales function business objectives.
- Analyse and Troubleshoot: Analyse complex systems and troubleshoot and isolate system issues.
- Provide Guidance and Oversight: Provide guidance and oversight to development teams to ensure adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with other architects and stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive and cohesive working solution.
- Identify Opportunities: Identify opportunities to leverage the Salesforce platform for additional business benefits.
- Estimate Effort: Provide detailed estimates of the level of effort associated with implementing capabilities based on business requirements and solution design.
- Education: A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, system analysis, or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of five years of experience in an IT solution development discipline.
- Skills and Qualifications: Exposure to multiple, diverse technologies, platforms, and processing environments, specifically around sales technologies. Good understanding of strategic and emerging technology trends and the practical application of existing and emerging technologies to new and evolving business and operating models. Good understanding of product management, agile principles, and development methodologies. Certified Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant. Proven experience as a Technical Architect in a Salesforce environment. Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud features and best practices. Experience with Salesforce APIs, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other programming languages. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deliver on time and on budget. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence stakeholders and team members. Data savvy with knowledge of various aspects of a technology architecture like integration, network, and security. Proven analytical, planning, organizational, and technical skills. Ability to work with developers.
