Job Summary

We're seeking a Commercial Performance Manager to lead our Business Intelligence (BI) projects and deliver insights that drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you'll focus on providing leadership and direction to our commercial business intelligence and data analytics efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand business priorities and challenges, and how BI solutions can support effective decision making to enhance Aggreko's performance.
  • Prioritize and lead BI projects, focusing on planning, delivery, and results in a timely manner, while being responsive to stakeholder needs.
  • Develop effective reporting using the Aggreko BI platform and other available tools to meet evolving business requirements.
  • Own the performance and maintenance of the current suite of Commercial-based reports, ensuring good performance and high-quality output.
  • Document data, models, plans, and results in a proportionate way to business requirements.
  • Maintain best-practice standards in coding, reporting, and communication.

Requirements

  • Successful track record of delivering data solutions with exposure to enterprise-level BI and cloud environments.
  • Experience in business analysis and project management techniques.
  • Experience using Power BI or similar visualization tools.
  • Able to manage and develop people, holding them to account.
