**Area Sales Manager - HVAC Systems**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at BMS Performance. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and growing sales within our established customer base of commercial mechanical and electrical contractors across the western half of Scotland.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand our market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities and upselling/cross-selling our products
- Collaborate with our technical team to provide expert advice and support to customers, ensuring they receive the best possible solutions for their HVAC needs
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive growth
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to ensure we remain competitive and innovative
Requirements
- Qualified mechanical engineer with a strong understanding of HVAC systems and technologies
- Proven sales experience in a similar industry, with a track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
