Education and Services Specialist

As an Education and Professional Services Trainer with FS1 Recruitment, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality training programs that meet the needs of optical stores. Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining and growing sales of products and services to customers.
Responsibilities:- Deliver comprehensive training on products and services to optical store staff
- Collaborate with key accounts to identify training needs and develop customized solutions
- Create engaging training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources
- Work closely with the Head of EPS to design and implement new training initiatives
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to optical store staff and customers
To succeed in this role, you will require a degree in Ophthalmic Dispensing or a related field, along with significant experience in the optical industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building effective relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
Salary range: £45,000-£60,000 per annum.
