About the Role:

As an Education Specialist at Guardian Selection Limited, you will be working with students who require extra guidance and encouragement. You will be part of a welcoming and supportive school in Eastleigh, dedicated to providing high-quality education for all students, including those with special educational needs.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Work with students with a range of special educational needs, creating tailored learning plans to ensure each child can access the curriculum and reach their full potential.
  • Use innovative strategies to engage and support SEN students in their learning.
  • Collaborate with teaching assistants and other staff to create an inclusive environment.
  • Monitor and report on student progress, adapting teaching methods as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience working with students with special educational needs is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt teaching styles to suit individual needs.
  • An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.
