About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Logistics & Customer Service Executive. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our hotel clients, ensuring their orders are processed efficiently, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer orders from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and delivery
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer service and logistics processes
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or logistics
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office and customer service software
