We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Research Associate or Associate Scientist to execute target validation experiments using in vitro model systems aimed to validate targets identified through our platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Immunology or related field and minimum of 3 years of laboratory research experience. The salary for this position is estimated to be around $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.

  1. Design and implement research protocols under the supervision of senior members of the team.
  2. Perform laboratory experiments and apply various laboratory techniques including flow cytometry, ELISA, qPCR, Western blotting, and primary cell isolation and culture.
  3. Analyze and interpret scientific data accurately.
  4. Contribute to the preparation of research articles, reports, and presentations.
  5. Follow lab safety procedures and rules to ensure a safe working environment.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Immunology or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of laboratory research experience.
  • Good data organization, management, and analysis skills.
  • Prior experience in an industrial setting, and familiarity with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) as well as proficiency in the use of Electronic Laboratory Notebooks (ELN).
