Cluster Sales Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cluster Sales Manager to join our team at James Webber Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our hotels' services to existing clients and proactively seeking new business opportunities in the corporate market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospects
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the corporate market
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless sales efforts
  • Utilize negotiation and sales skills to close deals and negotiate contracts

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in hotel sales and new business acquisition
  • Strong commercial awareness and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams
  • Results-driven and self-motivated with a passion for sales
