**Job Overview:**
The successful candidate will be accountable for all administrative tasks to support staff across the business, ensuring effective communication with internal staff, third-party contractors, and suppliers.
**Salary and Benefits:*** A competitive salary range of £22,011 - £24,268
* Enrolment into our pension scheme
* 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
**Key Responsibilities:*** Administrative support to ensure seamless delivery of work programs
* Database management and record keeping
* Liaising with colleagues and contractors to facilitate effective communication
* Processing purchase orders and service provider payments
* Producing documentation and work instructions
**Required Skills and Qualifications:*** A minimum qualification of 5 GCSEs at grades 4/C or above OR NVQ L2
* Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to be proactive and work effectively in a team environment
