About the Role

This is an administrative position within the busy Multiagency Screening Team. Your duties will include providing efficient and effective confidential administrative support to the 0-19(25 Growing Healthy Team / Safeguarding Team.

Main Responsibilities

To provide high-quality administrative support to the 0-19(25 Growing Healthy Team / Safeguarding Team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Person Specification: Qualifications and Experience
  • Maths & English GCSE level A to C ECDL or similar qualifications
  • Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Communication/Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Knowledge of software programmes and medical terminology
  • Previous experience in MASH/MAST settings and clerical office roles

Salary Information

You will be paid £24,071 to £25,674 per annum, pro rata.
