About the Job
  • As a key member of the team, you will provide financial planning administration support to a team of Financial Advisors who deliver holistic financial planning to clients.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Processing and chasing new business enquiries to ensure timely delivery of services.
  2. Obtaining illustrations, projections, and valuations to support financial planning advice.
  3. Assisting clients with queries and providing accurate information to resolve their concerns.
  4. Maintaining up-to-date records on the back office system to ensure seamless communication.
  5. Preparing documents for suitability reports to support informed decision-making.
  6. Liaising with clients and providers to ensure smooth service delivery.
  7. Preparing client meeting packs to facilitate effective communication.
