Procurement Senior Buyer - Fish Sourcing

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Senior Buyer to join our dynamic team at Nomad Foods Inc. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for sourcing the best quality Fish from around the world, managing supplier relationships, and creating value for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute advantaged long-term sourcing strategies to deliver sustainable improvements in cost, quality, service, and innovation.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Category Fish and other business stakeholders to drive category performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working in an FMCG/food manufacturing procurement environment.
  • Strong understanding of purchasing contracts, cost modeling, and sourcing strategies.
  • Excellent relationship building and negotiation skills.
  • Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS) or similar qualification is highly advantageous.
