About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Buyer to join our dynamic team at Nomad Foods. As a Senior Buyer, you will play a key role in driving the future of food by sourcing the best quality Fish from around the world.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute advantaged long-term sourcing strategies to deliver sustainable improvements in terms of cost, quality, service, and innovation.
  • Manage supplier relationships and lead NPD projects to create value for Nomad Foods and our customers.
  • Develop and maintain long-term pricing mechanisms and relationship strategies for Fish species to drive sustainable competitive advantage.
  • Secure direct supply, assure high quality standards, on-time deliveries, and ensure food safety regulations and CSR requirements.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with experience working in an FMCG/food manufacturing procurement environment. A good understanding of purchasing contracts, cost modeling, developing sourcing strategies, and excellent relationship building and negotiation skills are essential.

Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS) or similar qualification is highly advantageous.
