We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Senior Buyer to join our dynamic team at Nomad Foods Inc. As a key member of our procurement team, you will play a crucial role in driving the future of food by sourcing the best quality Fish from around the world.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute advantaged long-term sourcing strategies to deliver sustainable improvements in terms of cost, quality, service, and innovation.
- Manage supplier relationships and create value for Nomad Foods and our customers.
- Lead your team to develop and execute sourcing strategies, playbooks, and cost models to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with the Head of Category Fish and other relevant business stakeholders to drive category performance.
- Experience working in an FMCG/food manufacturing procurement environment.
- Good understanding of purchasing contracts, cost modelling, and developing sourcing strategies.
- Excellent relationship building and negotiation skills.
- Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS) or similar qualification is highly advantageous.
