This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of children's human rights in Scotland. As a member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will play a key role in driving cultural change and influencing policy to promote the rights of children.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement strategies to advance children's rights in Scotland.
  • Build partnerships with stakeholders to promote children's rights.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the team to ensure effective delivery of programmes.

Requirements:

  • A strong understanding of the political and policy landscape in Scotland.
  • Experience of leading teams and influencing policy.
  • A passion for children's rights and the deeply held belief that children are valuable and equal citizens.

Salary: £90,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
