The Opportunity

We are seeking experienced Director and Senior Director level individuals to join our European Retail and Consumer Transformation Team. You will lead the change agenda of our clients across strategic, cost, and growth topics.

Desired Skills and Experience
  • Experience from a leading consulting firm, with a focus on Retail and/or Consumer clients
  • Experience from industry roles is highly desirable
  • Solid background in designing and delivering transformation and performance improvement projects
  • Experience in Revenue Growth Management topics, including pricing, promotions, marketing effectiveness, trade marketing, assortment, and portfolio management
  • Proven track record in the execution of transformation projects and delivering performance improvements
  • Data-driven mindset and analytical rigour, ideally combined with financial experience
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging, and unpredictable environment
  • Professional network across the UK and European Retail and/or Consumer industry is highly desirable
