Programme Leadership and Transformation Director

As a seasoned Programme Leadership and Transformation Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving transformational change across our clients' organisations. With a strong background in consulting, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering large complex transformation programmes, leveraging your expertise to drive business outcomes and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute programme strategies to drive business transformation and growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, identifying opportunities for growth and delivering value-added solutions
  • Lead business development initiatives, driving the development of new business and providing advisory services across disciplines
  • Contribute to the development of thought leadership and industry expertise, participating in conferences, round tables, and other industry events
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of delivering complex transformation programmes, driving business outcomes and growth
  • Strong consulting background, with experience in programme leadership and change management
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with senior client stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a matrixed organisation, enlisting support and commitment from peers to deliver consulting solutions
