About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Learning Systems Trainer to join our team at Chesterfield Royal Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to users across the Trust and DSFS, enabling them to understand and use our Clinical IT Systems and standard desktop software applications.

Main Duties
  • Deliver remote and face-to-face training sessions on Clinical IT Systems using virtual and face-to-face settings.
  • Develop and manage e-learning material, including audio/video capture and editing packages.
  • Upload training packages onto platforms for use by trainees.
  • Facilitate Corporate induction sessions on-site and provide support for new joiners with their IT access and password changes.

Person Specification
  • Educated to A-Level or equivalent experience (preferably in a Learning & Development or related discipline).
  • GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent).
