Aspire People Limited is currently working with a Primary School in Birmingham to find an experienced SEND Teaching Assistant.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Working 1:1 with a pupil with SEND needs
  • Create a safe learning environment for the pupil and other pupils in the class
  • Ensure the child remains focused on lesson plans
Key Requirements
  1. Experience supporting children with challenging behaviour
  2. Ability to provide personal care where required
  3. Able to adapt to the pupil's varied moods

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
