- Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Imaging Department, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling appointments, taking minutes, and preparing reports.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clinicians, administration teams, laboratory teams, management teams, suppliers, service users, BLMK ICB, and primary care providers.
- Ensure that all customer interactions are handled in a professional and courteous manner, adhering to the Trust's THRIVE values and standards.
- Proven experience in customer service, administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex information effectively.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of administrative and business procedures, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting.
