About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to join our team as a People Business Partner on a maternity cover basis. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for partnering with senior leadership to drive the full people agenda and shape our Divisional People Strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership teams to drive the people agenda and inform key business decisions.
  • Lead employee relations, including disciplinary and grievance cases, and performance management processes.
  • Drive transformational projects that align with our departmental goals, ensuring they are well planned, communicated, and implemented.
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform key business decisions related to people management.
  • Foster a culture of learning by providing employees with access to flexible and relevant development opportunities.

Requirements:

  • CIPD qualified (minimum Level 5)
  • Strong HR generalist experience with a deep understanding of HR practices and UK employment law.
  • Excellent project management and advanced MS Office skills.
  • Effective communication and natural coaching style.
  • Demonstrated experience in all aspects of the people agenda, including recruitment, talent management, and employee relations.
  • A proactive, driven attitude with great commercial understanding and the ability to work autonomously or as part of a team.
