Senior Transformation Partner

We are continually looking to transform to ensure we continue to deliver exceptional customer experience across the UK, working in partnership with our franchised network. We have a great team who work closely together to deliver strategic transformation, working across a broad number of areas and in partnership with the Managing Directors and Board of Directors. The Senior Transformation Partner will work alongside the General Manager, One Toyota & Corporate Operations, the Transformation office, Corporate Planning office and communications specialist.

**About you**
We’re looking for somone with strategic tranformation experience, who can engage and influence stakeholders at all levels across the One Toyota family. You’ll need to be flexible to adapt to changing circumstances, with the ability to influence and drive the transformation agenda across the Toyota GB, Toyota Financial Services, Toyota Manufacturing, Toyota Insurance and KINTO.
- Experience of complex and strategic transformation programmes, with skills working across multi-discipline teams
- Expertise and experience delivering transformation through portfolio management / project management expertise
- Knowledge of communication planning and execution, with evidence of creating credible and engaging narratives to engage with a variety of audiences
- Experience of delivering change management using tested principles and methodologies creating a positive culture of change across a wide audience
- That you are forward thinking, positive and action orientated, with the ability to influence others
- Ability to understand complex organisational designs and structures
