Job Title: Trade Sales Manager

Get Laid Beds is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Trade Sales Manager to spearhead our B2B sales initiatives and expand our presence across contract furniture markets.

About the Role

You will be responsible for forging and nurturing relationships with trade buyers, devising effective sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and analysing market data to drive performance and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in student accommodation, serviced accommodation, built to rent, leisure, and social care settings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with trade buyers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Analyse market data to identify trends and opportunities, informing sales strategies and driving business growth.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with trade buyers, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.

  • Proven track record of high-achieving B2B trade sales experience, with a demonstrated ability to surpass targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with a deep understanding of commercial models and the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and build rapport with stakeholders.
  • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Google Workplace, CRM systems, and sales and forecasting processes.
